Barney Pullman

Barney serves as the Senior Vice President of Strategic Business Services and is responsible for evaluating and implementing programs that drive revenue and reduce expenses through efficiencies in operating processes. His responsibilities encompass a broad spectrum including overseeing the revenue management program, ancillary resident services, energy management / sustainability initiatives, resident screening, collections and telecommunication partnerships for the multi-family portfolio. Barney has been in the real estate industry for 30 years, after graduating from Northern Illinois University, and has held numerous positions with both public REIT’s and private firms. Prior to joining Inland, Barney served as Vice President of Business Process at Waterton Residential.
